We take great pride in our product and exemplify quality and excellent value in each and every item for purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final unless stated as such on select items. Please see Terms and Conditions tab for Final Sales standings before making a purchase.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase. All refunds exclude the cost of shipping. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED AFTER 60 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise bought through one of HERSTAR vendors through www.herstar.com. You will return/exchange the item at the location where it was purchased.

An RMA number is required to process ALL returns or exchanges. Please contact email@example.com to receive your RMA number and a copy of the necessary Return/Exchange form. *** Please note that returns received without an RMA number will not be processed***
Please fill out the Return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for your return or exchange by using the codes listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form as well.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.
***Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.***
We'll process your exchange within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement.
If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment.

What if my shoes don't fit?
If you receive your shoes and they don't fit, it's no problem, simply follow the instructions above for easy exchanges.
